Psychotronic Transmissions Emanating from an Undisclosed Location in New York City.png

Psychotronic Transmissions Emanating from an Undisclosed Location in New York City (United States) by John McMinn

Remote mind control technology is being used to control the masses. The DOD, CIA, DARPA, and other alphabet organizations are using invisible energies to to create neurological effects, behavior disturbances, and mental illness; degrade intelligence and cognitive abilities; and induce dissociative states. This technology is able to target individuals and offers more sophisticated methods of control than those tested during Project MKUltra. These energies are able to project images into an individual's mind, cause temporary schizophrenia, and create mind-controlled assassins. Low-level frequencies are already being tested in New York, with full implementation coming soon.
